The cheapest trains (Keisei Main Line) are from about ¥1,050 and discount buses from ¥1,300. The Skyliner is ¥2,580, the Narita Express ¥3,070, and limousine buses from ¥3,600.
The Keisei Skyliner reaches Nippori/Ueno in about 40 minutes — the fastest rail option. The Narita Express is comparable to Tokyo/Shinjuku.
