For refund requests, please include your account email and the date of the charge. Single-day, 3-day and 7-day passes are non-refundable once activated, except where required by mandatory consumer law. Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if Premium has not been actively used.
You can also manage or cancel your subscription directly from Account → Subscription inside the app.

You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from Account → Settings → Delete account. For other data-protection requests — including access (subject access requests), correction, portability, or any concerns about how we handle your data — please email our data protection contact.

We welcome responsible disclosure of security issues. Please report any suspected vulnerability to our security team and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before public disclosure. We do not currently run a paid bug-bounty programme but we will publicly thank you in our security acknowledgements page if you wish.

CityNav is designed mobile-first with large touch targets (45 px minimum), high-contrast text, focus rings on all interactive elements and ARIA labels for screen readers. If you encounter any accessibility barrier — missing alt text, a control that doesn’t work with VoiceOver / TalkBack, low-contrast text, or anything else — please let us know so we can fix it.
