Yes — the Airport Express MTR line connects the airport to Hong Kong Station (Central) in 24 minutes, with departures every 10 minutes. You can also check in airline luggage at Hong Kong or Kowloon stations up to a day before your flight.
Take the Tsuen Wan Line to Central station, then walk about 10 minutes to Garden Road, or take bus 15C to the Peak Tram lower terminus. The Peak Tram is a separate funicular railway requiring its own ticket — not covered by the MTR Octopus card.
